A 60 minute muscle focused boot camp where the exercises are done for time. Great for beginners up to expert level, exercises done at your own pace and intensity. All muscle groups will be worked each class. Modifications can easily be made if needed.

A 60 minute high rep, low weight total body bootcamp done in dim/dark lighting to give off a “party/club” vibe. A variety of exercises that can be done by any age group in a fun environment!
Tuesdays in November - 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Fee: $20 per person/class .
A 60 minute, high intensity kickboxing class great for all ages. Learn the basics of punching and kicking for exercise or self defense! Cardio and ab exercises included as well! Great way to burn calories!
Wednesdays in November - 7:00am - 8:30am
Individual sessions
Fee: $30 per person/class
A 90 minute group workout where each participant will still receive individual training and instruction. Muscle groups can be decided by each group or coach, adjustable for each group on a weekly basis.

A 60 minute strength training & cardio bootcamp focusing on the muscle groups and motions that go hand in hand with becoming a better pickleball player! Exercises will be done in stations for time and reps, and a special “pickleball specific” group workout will be added each week! Great for all levels and ages!
***Note-This is not a class that will teach you how to play pickleball. No pickleball equipment will be needed for class.***

These sessions will be catered to your fitness goals. Everything is done at your pace so welcoming for all levels and ages. Nutrition information will also be given to all 1 on 1 training clients. Sessions will start at 30 minutes with options for 30 or 60 minute add-ons. .
