31st Annual Easter Egg Hunt

American Red Cross Lifeguarding

The 31st Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Wasserman  Park returns in 2023 on Saturday, April 1st. Come and join Merrimack  Parks & Recreation and Merrimack Friends & Families for this  Annual event. 


For  this year's event, we have 9,000 Easter eggs ready to hand out between  our 5 different groups. Each group has a specific time for their Easter  Egg Hunt. All children should bring their own Easter basket to collect  your eggs in.

SPECIAL NEEDS 10:10 AM 

AGES 1 - 3: 10:30 AM 

AGES 4 - 5: 10:50 AM 

AGES 6 - 7: 11:10 AM 

AGES 8 -10: 11:30 AM

Time: 8:30 AM - 7:00 pm

Fee: Lifeguarding for Pools: $427.00

Lifeguarding for Waterfronts: $497.00


The  American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Course prepares candidates to  prevent, recognize, and respond to emergencies in their specific aquatic  environment. This course is open to all candidates looking to obtain  their Lifeguarding Certification for:

  • Swimming Pools
  • Waterfronts (Includes bays, lakes, ponds, beaches, and swimming pools 20 ft. deep or less)​
  • Youth Camps (Includes waterfronts and swimming pools 20ft. deep or less)
  • Lifeguard Recertification


Class will be held at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua.

The  Naticook Day Camp Counselor in Training Program (CIT) returns after a 4  year hiatus with an entirely new look. This FREE CIT program prepares  teens who are 15 years old to become future leaders by developing  self-esteem, peer relations, interpersonal skills, and leadership  techniques. CIT participants will receive training to prepare them to  work with adults, peers, and children.
 

Through a hands on learning  experience, CIT's will get the chance to plan and implement camp  activities for various age groups. They will also get the chance to  learn from our dedicated team of camp staff. CIT’s will help to plan and  implement weekly Camp special events.

Come and join Merrimack Parks & Recreation as we travel down to DCU  Center in Worcester, Mass to see a special production of Jurassic World  Live!

Jurassic World Live Tour is a live entertainment  experience for the whole family that is rooted within the Jurassic World  franchise complete with life-sized dinosaurs, heroes and villains. With pulse-pounding stunts and an original,  authentic storyline, this show is guaranteed to make memories that will  last another 65 million years.
Price includes deluxe motor coach transportation and ticket  to the show. Seats are in Section 232 and in Rows C, D & E.

Trip departs from the Exit 8 Park & Ride located at 8 N. Southwood Drive in Nashua.

Enjoy the magic wonder and allure  of New York City  on this fantastic one day trip to the  Big Apple. We'll depart early this morning from the Exit 8 Park &  Ride in Nashua to make our way to downtown Manhattan. The streets and  shops of New York are full of energy and holiday shoppers.
 

We will drop you off in the lower  part of Manhattan at Battery Park giving you an ideal starting point for  Statue of Liberty, the 9/11 memorial and many other areas.
