Join us down at Wassermann Park Beach for Summer Slow Down, a 4-week beach yoga series designed to help you release tension, soften your body, and reconnect with yourself as the energy of summer begins to expand. Set against the peaceful backdrop of the water, each class blends gentle, mindful flow with deeply restorative yin and guided meditation. We’ll begin with slow, intentional movement to unwind stress and create space in the body. From there, you’ll be guided into longer-held yin postures, allowing the body to open gradually while the mind settles. Each session will close with meditation by the water—an invitation to be still, grounded, and fully present. This class is perfect for all levels of yoga. Come as you are, and give yourself the space to receive. Bring a mat or towel and water.
