With the two families merging together, someone is bound to lose power, which means someone else will lose their life! Get on the trolley and solve this case with your fellow detectives.

Wilderness First Aid is the perfect course for the outdoor enthusiast or trip leader who wants more than basic level of first aid training for short trips with family, friends, and outdoor groups. The 16 hour long (two-day) program focuses on the skills of: Response and Assessment, Musculoskeletal Injuries, Environmental Emergencies, Survival Skills, Soft Tissue Injuries, and Medical Emergencies.
Those who complete the course and pass the written and practical skills will receive a Wilderness First Aid certification from SOLO which is valid for 2 years

Portland Lighthouse Lovers Cruise

Come join the Merrimack Parks & Recreation Department on Thursday, July 11th as we travel to Portland Maine for the Lighthouse Lovers cruise.
Participants will enjoy this narrated 60-minute scenic cruise through busy Casco Bay and its innermost islands to see lighthouses, forts, lobster boats, seals, and seabirds. As many as four lighthouses can be seen including a close up view of Portland Head Light, Maine’s oldest and most photographed lighthouse.
The bus will depart from Twin Bridge Park in Merrimack (485 Daniel Webster Highway). at 9:30 am and will arrive in Portland at 11:00 am. You will have an hour and a half on your own to explore the waterfront or grab a quick lunch before boarding the boat for the cruise. There will be lights snacks and a full bar available for purchase on the boat. Trip departs from Portland Maine at 2:00 pm and returns home at approximately 3:45 pm.

Join Merrimack Parks and Recreation as we visit the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, a people’s garden, a grassroots effort that began as a casual conversation between friends and evolved into the largest botanical garden in New England. Located on more than 300 acres along the Mid Coast, the Gardens is a true Maine experience.
Explore our more than 300 acres of gardens and natural spaces, from the Native Butterfly and Moth House to the Bibby and Harold Alfond Children’s Garden or Giles Rhododendron and Perennial Garden. See botanically-inspired art and photography to sculpture artfully settled into garden beds and on lawns, Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens has an expansive and ever-changing collection of botanical art and related exhibits
Price includes luxury motor coach transportation and admission to the Botanical Gardens. The bus does have a bathroom on it however due to the distance; there will be a stop at a rest area on the way up to Maine and again on the way home.
