HOMETOWN HEROES BANNER SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

e inaugural year of Merrimack's Hometown Heroes Banner Program in 2026 has been an incredible success, and we're already looking ahead to next year's display!

If you would like to honor a veteran or active-duty service member with a Hometown Heroes Banner in 2027, we invite you to submit your contact information to our interest list. Joining the list does not reserve a banner or obligate you to purchase one, it simply ensures you'll be among the first to receive an email when next year's program opens for registration.

Whether you're honoring a family member, friend, or loved one with ties to Merrimack, we'd be honored to help recognize their service. Each personalized banner proudly recognizes your hero's service and includes their rank and name, photo, branch of service, era or years served, and any medals or distinguished awards received.

The banners are displayed throughout Merrimack as a lasting tribute to the men and women who have served our country. They are installed annually from Memorial Day through Labor Day along Baboosic Lake Road (from O'Gara Drive to Daniel Webster Highway) and Daniel Webster Highway (from Front Street to East Chamberlain Road). The banners are maintained and stored by the Merrimack Parks & Recreation Department between display seasons.
