31ST ANNUAL WINTER CARNIVAL AT WASSERMAN PARK

The Merrimack Parks & Recreation Department has begun planning for the 31st Annual Winter Carnival; which will take place on Saturday, February 25th, 2023 from 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. at Wasserman Park.

The purpose of this Annual Event is to bring families outdoors during the winter and get them participating in a variety of fun and free activities in the park.  Our community partners will provide a variety of games, crafts and other winter based activities for families to participate in.

We are currently looking for Businesses & Community Organizations to join us for this great Community event and provide a game, craft or other outdoor activity. Historically this event draws between 800 - 1,000 people, and so it is a great way to get your business or community organization in front of lots of local families. All groups will be recognized in the event publicity. We will also post your organization's logo and website link on our Event web page and in our email & social media marketing.

If you are interested in participating in the 2023 Winter Carnival as community partner or as a general event volunteer, please click on the link to the right to register your business or community organization. The deadline to register for the Winter Carnival is Friday, February 17th, 2023.

We currently have the following food options available at the event:

  • Merrimack Friends & Families - Chili, Hot Chocolate, Chips, Water
  • Merrimack Girl Scout Troop 62222 - Girl Scout Cookies
