The Parks & Recreation Department invites you to join us on Saturday, February 24th for the 33rd Annual Winter Carnival at Wasserman Park from 12 – 3 pm. This Annual Event promotes enjoying the outdoors during the winter months and features free, games, crafts, raffles and other activities.

We are currently looking for Businesses & Community Organizations to  join us for this great Community Festival by providing a free game,  craft or other outdoor activity at the event. There is no fee to participate and it is a great way to get your  business out in front of lots of Merrimack Families!  Typically this  event draws more than 1000 attendees.  This event is held entirely outdoors. Interested businesses & community organizations should click on the link to register as a Community Partner. 

The following non-profit organizations will have food for sale during the event: 

• Gate City Charter School
• Jolleycations - Rice Krispies, cake balls, chocolate pretzels, chocolate bark, coffee & hot chocolate
• Merrimack Friends & Families - Chili, Hot Chocolate, winter themed baked goods. 
• Merrimack Girl Scouts Brownie Troop 62222- Girl Scout Cookies
• SCARE - Selling treat bags and lollypop
